1st Workshop on Elaboration of Social Projects and Funding

Cascavel hosted the 1st Workshop on Elaboration of Social Projects and Fundraising. The meeting that took place on 26 and 27 August was an initiative of Casanóz – House of Collective Culture of Cascavel and “Museu do Futuro” Foundation.

The purpose of the meeting was to create a working group for the implementation of projects and to promote the strengthening of local social organizations, in addition to facilitating the exchange of practices and knowledge about the 3rd Sector.

The workshop brought together representatives of social entities, representative institutions and public managers of Cascavel and neighboring municipalities: Afrovida; Grpcom Group; Ong Baiacu; Via Campesina; Collective The Blessed, Institute Embracing Toledo; JCI Cascavel, Development Council of Lake Liner Municipalities of Itaipu, among others.

The funds raised with the registration value were allocated to the Technical Support Fund for Local Initiatives, created by the newly formed group in Cascavel with the support of Casanóz.
