About
The IMMEF in the Community is a social responsibility program in partnership with the Curitiba Health Department that aims to offer pregnant women (enrolled in the National Health System) specialized care based on knowledge and experience of the clinical body IMMEF combined with cutting edge technology .
The Program
In 2013 – it was held the first joint effort. More than 100 patients have been met throughout Saturday. All patients underwent Doppler examination Morphological and optionally the Endovaginal to evaluate the Cervix. All professionals (doctors and staff) who are part of the program are volunteers.
The 2nd edition of the task force was held in 2014, where the focus was on achieving the 1st quarter of examinations: the examination Endovaginal and Nuchal translucency, enabling the majority of pregnant women performing the first examination of pregnancy.
On 01/08/2015, held the 3rd edition of the task force this year were attended more than 150 patients, and a part of the consultations were devoted to routine screening of women (Ultrasound Endovaginal).
The Museum of the Future is a partner of the project.
